Postage:

ALL work is mailed out "Signed For" due to the mail sometimes being unreliable. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been mailed which will include a tracking number. I am in no way responsible for the item once I have handed it over to the post office, so if you have a deadline by which you need your order PLEASE email me at bink@pearlsandswine.co.uk to let me know before placing your order or at the very least having placed the order so you can confirm when it can be in the mail by! Should there be any issues with your delivery you will need to speak to Royal Mail and you will need the tracking number.

I should add that outside of the UK mail can take extra time due to customs so keep this in mind when ordering!

Returns:

Pearls & Swine is a small independent designer range, each item is personally checked before being sent so please be aware that items which are worn are non refundable.

Other non-refundable items include merkins and c-strings for hygiene reasons) of course, delivery charges will not be refunded. Custom orders cannot be returned as they have been made especially for you.

Should you need to return an item, please email bink@pearlsandswine.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the item to let me know the reasons for this as Pearls & Swine aims to please and your feed back is vital. In such a case Pearls & Swine will refund the amount you have paid (minus P&P costs) once the item is delivered, you have 7 days to return the item in perfect condition.

If the item is damaged or lost in the return posting you will need to contact the post office to be compensated so please make sure you insure the item appropriately. If you don't do this it will be your responsibility and Pearls & Swine will not be able to refund you.

Repairs:

Pearls & Swine now offer a full repair service to all P&S accessories. For just the cost of materials plus postage.REGARDLESS of how long ago you may have bought your item! While Pearls & Swine endevours to use quality materials and produce work to a high standard, wear and tear is natural esp when you perform regularly. I want you looking fabulous in P&S as if you look good I look good! If you look after your accessory well by storing and transporting it properly you should have no real need to need repairs. However accidents happen and sometimes we can be a slack with looking after our things.

Copyright:

If you wish to use any of the images on my site please ensure you credit all involved in the making of the image ie: Pearls & Swine, model, photographer, make up artists etc. This is not negotiable and any use of these images without crediting will not be tolerated. If you have no wish to credit you may pay the photographers for the use of the image. Also please inform me if you do use/credit the images, I would be happy to show off your blog or magazine on Facebook and my personal blog so you will receive publicity in return for taking the time to credit and let me know!

ALL these designs are copyrighted to Pearls & Swine, i own the copyright on custom work too. I retain the right to remake or photograph your custom piece for my site, should this be a problem feel free to speak to me about it IN ADVANCE! In purchasing an item from me I will assume that you will have read this.
