Celia is a freelance make-up artist, based in west London. She’s worked on music videos, short films, fashion shows and photo-shoots in London, New York and Paris and with names such as Alphabeat, Ingrid Michaelson, Ashley Walters, Jamie Winestone, Duggie Fields, Jasmine Di Milo and Gavin Watson. She was fabulous to work with and recommended to me by Georgina Graham, one of the top make up artists in the UK.
