CUSTOM WORK
If you see an accessory you like but the colour is wrong or it’s in my archive or you would like to combine several hats into one, I am here to make your dreams come true! I am happy create new work to order. Just get in touch and I will be more than happy to give you a price. I will charge a bit more for custom work but this depends on if I have the items you require in stock.
WHOLESALE
If you are keen to stock my work in your boutique or shop please make contact, as I am keen to supply shops all over the world. Email me or call me, I will give you my minimum order amount and the wholesale price of my work. PLEASE keep in mind these are one off pieces, made in the UK so I can’t compete with China or a factory. If you appreciate “Made in the UK” and like my work I will do my best to give you the best possible price.
HAT HIRE
Hat hire is an option I am keen to explore. If you see something you like,me and tell me which piece you have your eye on!
I will charge you a third of the selling price excluding P&P, you can keep the item for 3 days. The deposit will be the full price of the hat, and I will refund you the difference upon return of the item.
will always wish to be fair and provide a good service but as I understand accidents happen so please read this so we can both be protected:
1. If there is any damage to the piece and it is repairable I let you know if it will cost you anything to repair but I will endeavor to repair it free of charge.
2. If the damage is irreparable (i.e. Hat dropped in mud, stood on etc) I will retain the full deposit amount.
3. I will mail out next day delivery, I expect it returned next day delivery, this means it is insured, and track able and has less chance of being damaged or lost. If you don’t mail it next day delivery and it is lost or damaged I will retain the full amount of
the deposit.
4. If you wish to hire the hat for MORE than 3 days please let me know in advance and we can negotiate the amount I will charge. If you don’t do this in advance I retain the right to charge 10% of the total value of the item per extra day. This is due to the fact that the item may be committed to be hired to someone else and in such a case will make me look very unprofessional.
I want to have a good business relationship with my customers and I have no desire to rip anyone off but I expect fairness in return for fairness. If you have any questions or if anything isn’t clear please just ask.
